Act! - Disable Editing of Drop Down Lists

  1. Open Act! as a database Administrator
  2. Click Tools > Define Fields
  3. Click Manage drop-down lists under List Tasks


  4. Select the list name by double-clicking
  5. Uncheck Allow users to edit items in this list
