Zoho CRM - Delete Account

If a user accidentally creates a Zoho CRM account outside your organization, you need to delete their "accidental" account before you can add them to your Organization account.

To do so:

1. Click Settings > Setup > General > Company Details.
2. At the bottom of the Company Details page, you will see the Delete CRM account link. Click the link to close the CRM account.
3. You will see a dialog box with a message asking you if you want to go ahead and delete the CRM account. 
4. Click Delete to close your Zoho CRM account.
